slipped and fell at grocery store

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
I slipped on a puddle of water in a large chain grocery store. Hurt- like jammed my arm when I came down on my left butt cheek. This arm i just had surgery on 1 month previous to fall but for my elbow. My shoulder hurts pretty bad.As does my butt. What should I do?

I wouldn't even go there yet Any. Poster needs to explain how the store is liable. There may be no liability on the stores part.
