Slipped at store

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
In this grocery store I slipped on a large area of water in the isle where the water machine is. They even had a cone out and I went way around it. Didnt realize the whole area was wet. The manager said it always happens because people let the water jugs overflow. I got help to get up but was in shock it happened so fast. The manager asked if i was ok, told him I hurt and told him i will probably go to urgent care which I did. Said just bruised and probably strained my shoulder, which still is bothering me. Ended up going to the DR. that did my elbow surgery and that was luckly ok. He said if my shoulder doesnt get better with some time well do further testing, but didnt see any tear on x-ray. The insurance co. from store has been in contact with me and they know I might need further testing. Still, think I should have an attorney?? Store took some info. but I didnt fill out any report.

You seem to be just fine and all they need to do is pay your doctor bills.
