This site is for US law only. We don't know what you can do about a crime that didn't happen in the US.

The crime happened to you outside the US.

US courts have no jurisdiction.

If whatever happened to you was over six years ago, then you may
not have any standing in Federal Court to sue. See United States
Code, 28 USC 1331 and 1332.

And no disrespect, but for someone with such an Education, your
grammar is a matter to be desired!

If it didn't happen here, why would you think that you could do anything about it at ALL in the US?

You say some crime happen, but give no explanation as to what happened or what the crime is. Was this a medical procedure, that went bad? Did somebody steal your wallet, which has you mentally stressed out about it? What was the alleged crime, and why do you think someone was at fault vs. some accident happened?

I may be out in left field here, but I think the bolded parts indicate that OPs problems cannot be resolved in a court of law.

Yep. OP needs tin foil, not legal advice.
