Spousal Abuse

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am in indiana and I am a survivor of spousal abuse - my husband is a retired, disabled military vet. we were married for 4 long years and I finally had the police remove him from our home and he was convicted of domestic violence with bodily harm. are their any laws that are provided by the military and do the laws passed by the military supercede that of state law? He has left me here with post traumatic brain syndrome.

Lawsuits are not about justice. They are about MONEY. If you don't want money, then you shouldn't be thinking about suing. And people post here because they are thinking about suing. Because they want money, no matter how much they don't want to admit that to themselves.
