A strange request...

I'm not exactly sure where to put this. I am asknig a bit of a strange question here so I imagine I'll get called a few names but that's o.k.

I am a ghost hunter and I would like to put together a few legal forms for my activities.

They are as follows:

Investigation Permission Form

This form is basically meant for a property owner to give me and any colleaugues that may join me permission to investigate their property. It would hold the property owner not liable for any injuries that may take place on his property. It would also hold the investigators liable should anything be broken or stolen.

Information Release Form

Thos form would be optional. It would be presented to a property owner. It would essentially give ownership of all evidence gained to the investigators. And would allow the investigators to publish the evidence on any website or book or video they wish. It would also give the option to the property owner, should they wish the investigator to use an alternate name to protect the ownwer's identity and privacy.

Investigators Agreement Form

This form would be used when forming an investigator froup or club. Essentially it would require an investigator to comply with a certain set of ethics and protocol. And also be liable should the break or steal anything from the owner's property. Upon breaking of this agreemtn it should allow for complete dismissal from the group and a release of any ownwership to any evidence they acquired to the group.



Any advice anyone could give as to what verbage should be included in such forms, or if you feel any additional forms might be appropriate, would be greatly appreciated.
