Sueing For Hospital Bills? So my hospital bills have been piling up. I was in an abusive relationship and only once went to the hospital. I did not have insurance at this time. The police came to the hospital and took a report down but i never pressed charges. Now i have thousands of dollars in bills. Can i sue him for the bills since his information is on the report? And how would i go about doing so???? |
