Swift driving academy student cdl revokation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Tennessee. Home residence is Ga.
What can be done as a result of actions taken by tn dos (dept of safety) I am included in a class action against Swift Trucking Co. but it does not begin to cover the personal loss I am suffering I have lost my cdl, the semi that was half paid off, my personal vehicle, and I have now been evicted from my home. could someone please tell me who I can turn to? I have worked hard all my life and to have everything stripped from me when I have done nothing wrong is criminal.

I'm not following. You were better off than most if you had access to a truck. Just take the tests over. All that other stuff isn't going to matter. Further by opting into the class you're stuck with taking what they settle for (mostly money goes to the lawyers).
