What is the name of your state?NY Well to the 2 individuals that answered my post thank you. I will try to contact someone actually at Saratogo at some point to tell them about the play area, there is no one there this time of year. I told the lady from risk management at the NYRA, but she didn't seem to be really paying attention. I am glad I haven't had to deal with the law and lawyers in my life because from what I have read here it really stinks. Bye. Hope I never need any real help.
