is there a time limit on reporting molestation by a "trustee"?

What is the name of your state? Missouri

A male "honored" or "priviliged" inmate (trustee) molested a female inmate. Is there a satute of limitations on reporting or seeking retribution for this crime? If not, would it be virtually impossible to prove? What if it was reported at the time to a state employee (rehab officer) who advised to seek counsle at the time?
