trying to locate person involved in dwi accident

What is the name of your state? MO

I have a copy of an accident report involving a lady and my husband's ex wife who was drunk and hit this lady. I have tried to locate this lady and find out whether she knows that she can sue my husband's ex wife due to the fact that she receives a large inheritance every month, but have had no luck. She had almost a brand new car when it was hit by this drunk driver, and at that time, the lady had no information about her, but I would like to provide it to her now to see if she is aware that she is in prison, and that she has the funds available to pay for her damages, medical and otherwise. How can I find her? The address on the accident report is not the right one.

mo. Thanks for the advise, BUT NO!! I feel this woman has a right to know that she is able to get her money back based on the fact that the woman who hit her is quite capable of paying for her damages.

Mo. Well, I have others who are willing to help me find the address of this lady, and I will turn her in the right direction to be compensated for her loss. Put yourself in her shoes, a drunk driver hits you, destroys your car, flees the state, her Grandpa dies, she becomes wealthy, you get NOTHING for the damage done to your vehicle because this irresponsible drunk has not only damaged your car, but hurt you in an accident. I don't know that she isn't still hurt. Wouldn't you want to be compensated for your losses? I am thinking YES, you would.

MO. And Mandy whatever, you should not reply to my threads unless you have some solid advise, not MYOB, in that case, mind yours. Thanks for voicing, but NO.

You already responded to me. Why did you feel the need to do it again?

BTW, you post on a public website, you should be prepared for ALL answers, including MYOB! Nobody needs your help in getting compensated. That's what insurance is for.

Why does Stealth's tagline come to mind now?

Yes, I would want to be compensated. After the accident I would hace contacted an attorney and let him handle it! Lawyers have databases to track down people...

By you involving yourself you risk harassment charges...stay out of it. I know this woman pisses you off and I'm sure you have good reason for it....but (IMO) you are going to far!
Good Luck!
