Tumbling class 'accident'

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? IN

My daughter signed up for tumbling class wanting to learn how to do a back hand-spring. I 'assumed' that by taking her to a place that specialized in teaching tumbling/dance/cheer she would be well taken care of. Instead on her 3rd visit, on the trampoline, she was doing a back handspring with her coach spotting. He spotted her in the beginning and just through the flip then let her land on her own on the trampoline. Needless to say she landed wrong and broke her leg in 2 places at the 'growth plate'. The gym states that they did proper spotting and that is the end. I feel like they are responsible for at least my out of pocket expenses that I am occuring... Do I pursue this or let it go?

Thanks!

**A: ask them to give you the name of their insurance agent.
