UK Law Advise Needed (Nightclub Law)

Hi guys,
I've just got off the phone with a local law agency, who are going to be sending a solicitor out to me Monday, but decided to post here incase any of you can help me and maybe propare me for the meeting.

Basically, last Friday while in a nightclub (and sober) I slipped while stepping down a step to the dance floor, I slipped on water and have stacked up quite a long list of injurys, including a hairline fracture to my ankle and 'severe ligament damage' after the fall, the manager came over and inform me there was no 1st aider on site (which is against the law if im correct?) he them also poked the ankle around before telling me theres 'nothing really wrong with it'.

I'm now stuck in a cast, and in quite alot of pain, so obv I'm wanting to take the club for all I can get (parden the un-suttle wording, but I'm quite anoyed).

Is there any points I should stress during the writing of my statement? I've taken photos of my ankle on the recomendation of my doctor (who actually gave me the solicitors card).

As you must have noticed since it's written all over the place, this site is for US LAW ONLY.
