Question

What should I Do?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? AZ
This accident just occured yesterday. I was at a major retail store in the infant department and had just made my way through an isle between two clothes racks. I noticed an elderly lady using a handicapped cart and she had bumped into the clothes rack I had just passed. She hit the clothes rack hard enough that a part of the rack came apart and fell into my direction. Lucky for me, the rack just fell directly onto my cart. Thank goodness my 2 year old wasn't in it. I was able to move out of the way but somehow the rack had hit me on my left forearm leaving a bump and a bruise. Right after the rack fell the elderly ladys first response was "She didn't get hit" and left the scene not much later. A manager was called. They took pictures, we filled out an accident report, and I was given a bag of ice as per my request. I took a look at how the racks are connected. On the bottom they are just slide onto an ajoining rack and it's just clasped at the top. No nut and bolts. Now I am left with a big bruise on my left forearm and don't know if I should be compensated for it or not. Please advise.
