| will my claim be denied? What is the name of your state? New Jersey
I was a pedestrian and I was hit by a car. I was having neck pain, low back pain, tingling in my arm, hip and knee pain. I went for treatment. Initially while going for treatment I had informed the doctor of my scoliosis, but did not inform them that I had discomfort and a little aching in my neck (I had gone to the doctor for it once and he had told me there was nothing wrong with me so I didn't think it was a big deal) I was in physical therapy for about two months when while filling out forms I informed my therapists of the discomfort I had had previously and they said that I should put it down as a previous symptom. I did and continued to write it down as a previous symptom on forms and informed doctors of it at IMEs from then on. I had an MRI that revealed 2 disc bulges as a result of the accident. I am just worried that because I did not initially inform them of the neck discomfort that my claim will be denied or just that something bad will happen because of it in general. Is this something I should be worried about? |
