While trying to park at my workplace's parking lot, a coworker got out of her car and proceded to yell at me, calling me obscenities for taking her parking spot. Later while talking to a supervisor about the incident, she proceeded to point her finger in my face. She claims I said obscenities to her, and touched her finger, which I did not do. Should I file an assault lawsuit? Would it be considered frivilous? She has one witness, I don't know what her testimony is at this point, but she is probably not creditable because they were talking in the parking lot and are obviously friends.
