| If you are saying you took care of you father for 2 ½ years after his wife withheld the medications, the answer is no. It is obvious the withheld medications did not cause his death. Also, wrongful death generally involves some sort of criminal act the the police would have at a minimum investigated. You do not state the police were involved at all.
