Wrongful Death

Washington Can Our Family File A Wrongful Death Claim Against Our Step Mother For Withholding Medications From Our Stroke Victim Father? Causing Him To Be Sent To The Hospital Twice....nearly Drowning In His Own Fluids? We Became Aware Of What Was Happening And Took Care Of Our Father For Nearly Two And A Half Years To Protect Him. He Passed Away This February.. The Health Insurance Company Was Aware Of This.

If you are saying you took care of you father for 2 ½ years after his wife withheld the medications, the answer is no. It is obvious the withheld medications did not cause his death. Also, wrongful death generally involves some sort of criminal act the the police would have at a minimum investigated. You do not state the police were involved at all.

You only need to capitalize the first letter of a sentence, you know, not every single word.
