wrongful death

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Utah

I believe I have a case of wrongful death, and or tort case in my sons' death.
He recently commited suicide and we strongly believe it was due to a combination of events brought on by the State health care Dr's and staff. Jsut prior to his death he was prescribed him depakote (leading side effect is suicide), they should have never prescribed this to him with his history, we pleaded with them for months to commit him to the hospital and they would not do it, they referred him to stay at this filthy illegal dwelling which further made him worse. He had a severe mental disability. They were very neglegent in his care. Not sure what law this falls under, tort and wrongful death? Can you refer a exceptional attorney in my area?

Attorneys do not troll this site looking for clients. An option is the link at the right that says "Find An Attorney In Your Area" or call your county or state bar association for a referral.
