i am in the military stationed in texas. i am renting out my house in sc. i recently disputed an encroachment of 3' +/-. my new survey shows only a .3' +/- encroachment. the other party is not disputing my new survey, but is being anal about the fence line. his lawyer left a message on my answering machine saying he can not close the deal on the house until this matter is settled. i have arranged for the fence to be moved (.3 +/-!!!) during the week of 23-27 August. is this arrangement satisfactory or can the other party sue me to have it done sooner? thanks for your time, sincerely!
