30 Day Escrow Agreed Upon Expried

What is the name of your state? California
California Buyer and Seller agreed to a 30 Day Escrow. We the seller offered to extend escrow. We asked the buyer to agree to pay $50 a day until escrow closed. Buyer refused our offer to extend escrow. We the seller contacted escrow in writing and via the telephone to stop escrow. The buyers are threatening a Liz Pen dance. Does the buyers have any legal grounds? What is our recourse?

**A: why did you make such an offer? Did the Buyer's request an extension?

**A: why did you not notify the Buyer in writing that the transaction was then terminated?

**A: there are various dances such as the chicken dance, break dance etc. and I once saw Pig Pen and Linus dance but never Liz Pen dance.
When you talked to your attorney about this, what did he/she tell you?

30 Day Escrow Expired

I live in California. So since the buyers were notified 5 days after the 30 day escrow expired and we notified the escrow company to stop all proceedings regrading this escrow. Do the buyers have any legal grounds to file a Lis Pendence or proceed with arbitration? Were we within are legal rights to stop this escrow?

**A: have an attorney review your contract.
