9 yr old house collasped

What is the name of your state? Valatie, new YorkMy 9 yr old house collasped I purchased this home directly from the builder who has since decesed. My insurance co will not pay a claim claiming that there were structual ( construction) defalts when the home was built. The home passed all inspections by the town even though when I did a FOIL it showed this home was not built according to the building plan and codes required.I now own a home that is falling into the sub basement and have no recourse.I contacted several attys. but noone called me back .I have also contacted the ATTY GEneral and the bar association to no avail.I would like to get a law suit started against the estate of the builder as well as the town home inspector .All I want is my home reparied (if possible ) or repalced if not .Can anyone steer me in a positive direction?

I think that your first concern should be to try to save your house. The first thing you should do is get a civil engineer in there to look at it.

another unhelpful response from you too...what's the total up to now? 58,127?
You need another hobby, cause you're no good at this and obviously not too busy in your chosen field of real estate law. Wonder why you have so much time on your hands. No clients? Just pretending? Or are you just trying to drum up business on this forum? Wish you all the best cause you're a class act and enormously helpful to those of us who have no formal legal education.
Have a nice day and hope your phone rings.

Once again, you show your class by bringing my Mother into it. You truly are a class act, and I know you didn't mean what you said, what with your phone tied up with some 900 number on the other end. You really are a pathetic loser. Get an office, hang a shingle and maybe you'll get lucky and pick up a public urination case. Give me your address and I'll send you a decent suit and a briefcase to get you started. I'll throw in a razor and a toothbrush too. Then you can hang around the courtrooms without being charged with vagrancy and maybe pick up a prostitute while you're there. Can you have an address when you're living in a van down by the river? Let me know how I can help, cause I'm always glad to help the needy and mentally challenged.
Merry Christmas
