abandoned houseing laws


What is the name of your state? VA
What are the laws and procedures on owning an abandoned house in the state of VA.

Actually that was my main question how do I find out the regulations for owning abandoned housing in VA. If you have any site suggestion or any other way I can research this I would appreciate it. I just keep going in circles and am not getting any where.

Contact HUD and your state and local housing offices, building and zoning offices etc. until you get dizzy again.
