i live in texas am an interested in purchasing property near mine. previous owner was in the process of building a new house when he ran out of money and left the property unfinished i have checked the tax records and found that the last two years of property taxes have not been paid what is the next step i need to take to find out how to purchase this land. the previous owner cannot be found he has skipped town
