We just moved to Greenfield Wisconsin, and every public park we have been to does NOT allow pets! We have a small dog that we keep on a leash and we always clean up after him! Is this legal for them to forbid our dog?

Yes it is legal. Consult with your City Council to see if there are designated dog parks.
