Above ground pool with deck

I have been living with a man for 5 years in Kentucky which doesn't recognize common law marriage. I bought an above ground pool and set it up with an attached deck. The land is in my partners name. When I leave can he keep my pool?

Yes, unless you take it with you. You are free to take it because it is not an attached fixture to the house.
