This is in Florida. There is a 6' utility easement on my property that currently contains an underground drainage pipe. That pipe now needs to be replaced with a larger pipe. The new pipe will fit within the easement, however, in order to install it the contractor will have to dig up some of my property that does not lie within the easement and temporarily use my property for construction access and to store dirt while the work is in progress. Do I have to allow this? Thanks!
