Hello,

I would like to add my mom's name to a property I own. What is the best
form of joint ownership that has the least tax consequence for both of us ?
Thanks in advance...

You are probably going to want to do Joint Tenancy with Common Law Rights of Survivorship, since this has the advantage of avoiding probate.
