How does one add a name to a deed? Do they have to have a lawyer or is there a legal form for this. I am from Pa. Thanks

The form is called a deed. You can buy them at office supply stores.

Using one without legal advice is like driving at night with a blindfold.

For example, is the person you want on the deed burdened with tax liens or judgments?

You also need a title report run on the land. (Get this from a title company.)

Then take that report and hire a lawyer.
