I hold POA for my mother, her house is in her name only and her health is deteriating. I want to have my brother added on to the title so that if something happens to her he can have the house without the problem of probate or a will. How easy is this to be done and what is the procedure.

Hire an attorney to do a Quit Claim Deed so tenancy is held as joint tenants.
