What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

What form should I use to add my wife's name to the deed of the house that I purchased before we were married? Quit Claim? Warranty, etc?

Can I just use a "fill in the blank" deed form and have it registered myself?

I'm in Chester County PA if that matters.

Thanks in Advance!

**A: see a real estate attorney as there are issues to verify Ie. tenancy, mortgage due on sale clause, tax consequences, will/trust, any current or pending judgements against wife etc.
