What is the name of your state? MS

We have adversly possessed a home and land for 10 years now, and we want to get the title, can you tell me if there is a specific form to file with the courts? Or can I do this myself.

**A: you are incorrect since if you indeed (no pun intended) adversely possessed the property you would already have the deed as adjudicated by the court. It appears that you did not even litigate yet.
