georgia-my neighbor is claiming adverse possession of a strip of my land that borders his.i have allowed him to mow it for several yrs and now he wants to claim it as his.do you think he has a valid claim?how should i defend against this?does probate court(where his lawyer has filed)have jurisdiction in such a case? have to try and do this myself,any help is greatly appreciated. thank you!jd
