I own and maintain two adjacent parcels in northwestern PA. I have lived there for over ten years and my wife has lived there for over 15 years however we have just purchased this property 2 years ago. my question concerns a small piece of the neiboring property that we have maintained for as long as we have lived here. approx 30'x150' The property in question has also been maintained by all of the previos owners of our property going back at least 50 years The deed holder of the property in question is in a nursing home and the structures on the property are falling in, The township refuses to do anything about this hazzard. What I need to know is do I have any leagal claim on the section of the neighbors property that I have maintained.
Thank You
Rob M.
