My contract is up with my real estate, how long before I can sell the house on my own, and what if it is someone who has looked at the house before, but never made a bid on it? I live in Tn.

You can immediately sell the home on your own but read the listing contract for the details with respect to earned commission. If you sell the home to someone that looked at the home during the time period that the listing agreement was in effect, the real estate agent is due the real estate sale commission as the procuring cause.
