alabama; expiration of seller contract

our seller contract has expired, as of april 28, 2002. we signed a buyer contract with same broker to insure lower commission rate. due to a "computer glich" at our broker's office, our listing disappeared from the MLS. we were not informed. broker has not returned phone calls. due to this error, our house could be off the market as much as two weeks. can we cancel our agreement with this broker due to her error? help!!!!!!!!

Yes, but the best reason for cancellation would be the broker failed to communicate with you and return your calls.
