Am I able to sell the house?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California

My boyfriend and I bought a house a year ago with the plan to live together forever. Mortgage name and deed was in my name due to my boyfriend's bad credit. He is making payments to me for the mortgage. After we have moved in, I have found out that he was a giant liar. He lied to me about his 3 times of divorce and also he has on going relationship with another woman from even before our relationship. He was also lying to her about everything. And now since she found out about me, he wants to break up with me and kick me out from the house so he can continue the relationship with her. Now he is saying that he bought the house for himself. All I can think of now is that he was using me to buy a house for him. He is a real estate agent and used to be a No.1 top car salesman. Using his knowledge about real estate and talk, he made me transfer the name on the deed to his newly made company. This company is under his son's name. He owes money to his ex-wife, so he does not want his name on the property. He did this, so I cannot sell the house. He does not agree to transfer mortgage name to his side and tells me that he will keep making the payments to me. But I do not trust him and I do not want to keep worrying about the mortgage fore the house, which is not even my house. I would like to some how transfer mortgage name to his side of people or sell the house. Are there any way to do this even the deed is no longer in my name? I do not want anything to do with him anymore and move on with my own life!! Please advise.
