annexation from county to city

South Carolina, North Myrtle Beach. I questioned yesterday as to if my property could be condemned by the city if I live in the county. Thank you very much for your quick reply. I also would like to know should the city want to annex me from the county to the city limits, do I have a choice in the matter of being annexed or can they annex me without my approval? - Thank you.
