Any real Life outcomes of Partition actions

Does anyone have any real life outcomes of partitions actions to sell a jointly owned home. Or is there a place I can look up Arizona by type of case?

Sure, but its not an AZ story.

Mom deeded house to daughter who lived in house. Mom felt bad about leaving out other daughters who didn't live there so convinced daughter to deed house to all daughters.

Mom died and 20 years go by. Daughter wants home in her name alone but can't agree on price. She files for partition.

Lawyer got proceeds from the sale and billed her for the balance.
