Arkansas- Builder is Building me a HomeArkansas- I found a home that builder was starting and really liked it so I have signed an agreement to purchase the home from him upon completion. Along the way I am able to pick colors and things like that. It is about halfway completed and I have paid no money on this as yet because the property is under his name as it was going to be a spec home. He had a judgement against him in a case in another county (not at all related to my job) and there may be a lien attached to his assets as a result. Am I still in good shape with "my" house if that happens? Or, can I not buy it because of the lien? |

| Nope. If the lien is placed against the property, he will be unable to transfer the property to you or anyone until he pays the judgment and releases the lien.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| Thank you. It sounds as though it would not have attered if I had paid anything on this or not. I appreciate the information. |
