Michigan Homeowners Association states in Covenents that NO commerical businesses are allowed. Owners land size is large 10 or more wooded acreage. Is conversion of timber, a one time cutting of trees, for cash a commercial enterprise or is it more like a garage sale? Thanks for any help.
