What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

Is it against Arizona RE Law, to have a Real Estate Agent who was asked directly by the client(buyer) to have the Agents wife-who have been in day care for the past 4 out of 6 yrs, to watch the buyers children while the buyers go out with the Licensed RE Agent and show them properties. The buyers asked the Agent because the she had 6 children and didn't want to bring them along. The Agent never offered, but the wife out of kindness said she would watch them.

Without even looking at "Arizona RE Law", I can tell you it is not.

Perhaps you can tell us the issue which is bothering you rather than making up things out of whole cloth?
