we brought a land home deal about a year ago and the foundation job was done very bad and the person we brought from saw the bad job and said that they would have it fixed. we have called several times and they said that they are calling someone or that someone is coming out this day or that and it hasnt happened yet we are going out of our minds. we have had several people look at it and they all agree that it needs to be fixed. we feel that the place where we brought should fix it. please help us. we are sick with it all. thank you.

You need to start putting your demands in writing. What type of foundation do you have; a concrete slab, basement, CMU, post and pier, PT etc.? What is the exact problem? Before any fix is done you should require an inspection by the project architect/engineer to determine and confirm the problems, specify remedial fix in writing and be on the job to supervise the work and sign off on the final inspection. All costs to be paid for by the contractor. Start documenting everything and keep a paper trail. You may need this evidence later.
