FB If you are recording activity that is occuring in your yard there shouldnt be much the nbr can say about it . when you go into stores they record what goes on in the stores all the time . If you have film of some one damaging your property have you taken it to your police dept and made any complaint about the nbrs actions ?

FJ - actually this time I went into the street to try to capture what he was doing. I saw him sneaking around in the dark and thought he was up to no good. I did stay in the street, I did not go onto their property.

We have not caught them in the act of causing damage, I think they discovered the camera and know to stay away.

Again was I out of line going into the street and video taping him? Can action be taken agains't me?

As long as you were not on his land you should be ok . and hopefully this will be end of it , If you really wish to make sure there will be no hassle why not use this websites services and find a attorney . or perhaps one of this sites legal chats and have a short consultation about this whole mess and exactly what steps you can take to put a end to the nonsense .
