bad neighbor

Hi we live in a townhouse/condo community in New Hampshire and recently had to obtain a lawyer because our neighbor blocked our driveway and the condo board wasn't doing anything about it. With the help of the lawyer the condo board is finally making sure the neighbor has stopped blocking our driveway and I don't think the neighbor would even dare block again in fear of being sued....However, recently they have begun parking very poorly on the side of the street directly in front of our driveway making entering and exiting difficult. Is there anything that can be done?

Some people just don't get it!

How are these neighbors blocking the driveway and what did the lawyer do the first time if anything and furthermore do the tenats own or rent the condo?
