update- from previous post-
now that i have all the info-
there was a judgment awarded to a bank for a credit card debt on september 20, 1995. the person the judgment was against died in 1999. the attorney that handled the case sent a letter to the deceased womans oldest son asking how he plans to take care of this judgment. now if the judgment is against the deceased, can they pursue this any further? there are no other names on the judgment. please advise.

thank you.
