What is the name of your state?ID. Selling home, closing tomorrow, title search shows '04 bankruptcy NOT discharged?! It WAS in April of 04. I fell behind payments early in 05 and received notice from trustee-but caught up the payments-tried to get refinance through mortgage holders-to no avail so now selling but WHAT? not discharged? They say it won't be until april of 06-but I've got a buyer for tomorrow! What to do?
