When a person or married couple file bankruptcy if they include thier home in the bankruptcy,How soon do they have to move out of the home and do they still make the payment on the home? The home is located in Oklahoma.Thank You

If they're relinquishing the home, they stop payments as soon as they file BK & leave when they deliver an executed deed to the bank. If the bank wants you out before the BK is finished, make the bank pay. For more information, talk to a BK lawyer. :)
