Basement Damage and Flooding

What is the name of your state? Missouri

I suspect that when I bought my house 3 years ago the seller knew of foundation damage and did not disclose it. Are they still liable? What if I remove drywall and find that there are signs of attempts to patch cracks in the basement wall?

The burden of proof is now on you to prove that they knew about the damage and did not disclose it. An uphill battle after 3 years.
