Hi, I live in a Condominium here in West Chester, PA. I have a questions to be answered. Ok, The President of the Board puts out jobs that need to be bided on. My questions is can the Vice President bid on a job? Is that against the rules? Any information that you could be me would be very useful. Thanks

Unless written in the HOA rules to the contrary, I deem any Board member, employee of the HOA, HOA member etc. has a conflict of interest.
