border disputeWhat is the name of your state? michigan I own 43.7 acres of land in michigans upper penninsula it borders co. owned land for timber harvest. recently i noticed the co. owned land is being marked for logging they are marking the property line approx 120 feet onto my property i am told if they register this survey with the courthouse that it will set precedent and even if their survey is wrong that it stands if it is the first recorded survey? is this true and do i need to hire a registered surveyer to mark my land to protect it hopefully registering my survey before theirs? and if they do log my land by mistake and i have a registered surveyer to prove it are they laible to pay me the projected value of my lost timber and do i get my cleared land back even if the incorrect survey were to stand by reason of being registered first? sorry if it sound confusing but it is confusing to me too. thank you steve |

| ECHO... echo... echo....
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| they are deeding me one and a half wooded acres from the road to my property . plus reimbursing me my cost of survey. that is a far cry from the 200 bucks they first offered. I am satisfied . thanks again. steve |
