Breach of contractWhat is the name of your state? Florida My question has to do with the seller backing out of sale. The contract was signed and we upheld our end of the bargin(went to closing). We are no longer interested in the purchasing of the home,we do not want to force sale. What are our options on getting the money we invested in the home? (house inspections, termite insections) Is there anyway to get compensated for our time we spent on the sale.( loss of work) Any help or direction to turn is greatly appreciated. Thanks, wp420 |
